Today, 18th April 2024, marks a significant milestone for Monterey Estate: it’s our first anniversary since settling on our very first home. Happy Birthday, Monterey!

In just one year, Monterey Estate has grown exponentially. We’ve settled on 45 homes and now proudly host 83 residents who call our estate their home. This rapid growth is a testament to our commitment to providing a top-notch lifestyle village on the Mid North Coast.

Monterey has quickly become one of the most positively talked-about lifestyle villages in the area. Our reputation is bolstered by many residents who have chosen to move here from other nearby lifestyle estates, recognising the superior quality and community spirit that Monterey offers.

Our journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Building Monterey into the thriving community it is today required overcoming numerous obstacles. These challenges, while sometimes demanding, were always surmounted thanks to the unwavering dedication of the Allam staff. Their hard work and commitment have been instrumental in shaping Monterey into a place we can all be proud of.
